Enjoy a truly authentic Italian experience without leaving Bolívar. Chef Francesco invites you to a private dinner that combines the warmth of Sicilian hospitality with the most traditional flavors of Italy.
Perfect for special celebrations, a different kind of evening with friends, or simply treating yourself, this experience is designed for groups of 4 to 8 people.
You can choose from four different menus — one vegetarian, and three meat options — each carefully curated to take you on a culinary journey through Italy.
Wine is not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own bottles or ask us for pairing suggestions to find the perfect match for each dish.
The dinner can take place at your home or at ours. If you prefer that we come to you, we’ll send a short list of basic kitchen tools a few days beforehand — if you don’t have them, no worries, we’ll bring everything needed.
Each experience includes a multi-course menu — appetizer, first course, main course and dessert — prepared with fresh, local ingredients and great attention to detail, so you can enjoy a warm, relaxed evening full of flavor.
We kindly ask that reservations be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure perfect preparation.
